How can we fail our little children
Whom God has given us to teach!
He gave His Own Book of Instruction
*And said, "Keep Me within their reach."
Now they are but little children
Knowing not which way to go;
But we can train them up for Jesus...
Our Father tells us this is so.
Our lives must not become too cluttered
With things that do not count as well.
Train them upward from a baby;
Our "Number One Ministry" must not fail!
Many things demand our attention;
But little ones are ours to train and teach,
Don’t forget Christ’s admonition...
